 Giving to charity today is as much needed and appreciated as ever. I have been blessed in life with much good fortune, and for this I am truly thankful. In my continuing efforts to "give back" to the community I use a method for giving that works very close to home, your home to be more specific.
I have compiled a list of charities I know do a great job in helping our community. As a real estate professional I offer my Buyers and Sellers the option of having me make a donation from their transactions to any one of these groups. Five percent of my commission will go to a charity of your choosing. We accomplish this both online or offline and everyone benefits.
Whether or not you are buying or selling a home I urge each and every one of you to give this year as best you can. It will surely make a difference.
